You will receive two maintenance inspections per year. Inspections include:

Spring A/C Check-Up (Between March and June)
1. Check suction pressure
2. Check liquid pressure
3. Oil condenser and blower motors 4. Check wiring for loose connections
5. Check air filter
6. Check correct rotation of blower
7. Check thermostat
8. Check evaporator coil and wash if necessary*
9. Wash condenser coil
10. Check set screws on both fans 11. Check amp draw on compressor 12. Check total running amp draw *Evaporator cleaning is included. In the event the coil is plugged and needs to be removed, additional labor will be charged with discount.*

Fall Heat Check-Up (Between October and December)
1. Check suction pressure (heat pump)
2. Check liquid pressure (heat pump) 3. Wash condenser coil (heat pump) 4. Check amp draw on compressor. (heat pump)
5. Check defrost control (heat pump) 6. Check heat exchanger (gas unit)
7. Check high limit (gas unit)
8. Service burner rack and limits (gas units)
9. Check heating elements (electric furnace)
10. Check sequencers (electric furnace)
11.Check air filter
12. Check thermostat
13. Check evaporator coil
Our Silver Plan provides an HVAC maintenance one time a year (either in spring or fall - you pick!)
